  2. Take three slow breaths. With each exhale, soften your shoulders and jaw.
  3. Now recall a moment where you felt the urge to seek love, reassurance, or validation from someone else. Don’t analyse it. Just notice the feeling.
  4. Silently say to yourself, “I am safe with myself in this moment.”
  5. On your next breath, imagine warmth spreading from your chest outward, as if love is flowing from you rather than toward you. Let that warmth move through your body and beyond.
  6. Stay here for one minute. Whenever you’re ready, open your eyes slowly and return to your day.
