8 Tips on “How to focus on work after an argument with a loved one?”

It can be tough to focus on work after an argument with a loved one. You feel like there are two voices in your head, both trying to grab your attention. It’s hard to concentrate when all you can think about is making up with your loved one.

Maybe you’re feeling guilty, or angry, or sad. All of those emotions can make it hard to concentrate on your job. It’s important to try and refocus and move on. We all have our priorities in life which means that if you’re working towards something bigger than yourself then it’s really necessary for your success to stay focused and never lose sight of the goal no matter what happens around us.

Here are a few tips that might help you get back into the swing of things:

1. Give yourself time to calm down after an argument

The anger you feel after an argument is not something to be ashamed or embarrassed about. It’s perfectly natural and understandable that this affects your mental state, which can lead to more aggressive behaviour on both sides if it lasts long enough – so allow those feelings to be processed instead of denying their release! Punching holes in walls might seem like the best way but actually gives very little comfort while costing us our energy (as well as potential injury). The key here isn’t necessarily about what actions you take right away. You’re tired from fighting so hard already! Your body needs plenty of rest too. As a bonus, the next day, give yourself time to calm down after an argument by doing something you find relaxing and nurturing. This will help your emotions cycle out of anger more quickly than if they were left unchecked for hours on end with no escape or release in sight!

2. Talk about the issue with a friend or family member to gain some clarity

The best way to handle an argument is by talking it out with someone you trust. Sometimes, all we need from them is their presence to feel clear-headedly! All you need to do is talk things over with someone else and they’ll be able to help shed light on what happened. Not only that but having another person’s perspective can also make you feel better once everything has been said in an argument; so, don’t bottle anything up!

3. Write out your thoughts and feelings about the situation

Sometimes when you’re faced with a difficult situation, it can be hard to know what the best course of action is. Just take some deep breaths and try not to overthink everything! The more focused you are on your breathing, the easier it would become for you to make good decisions when presented with tough choices or challenges. Also, you would be able to feel emotions such as love instead of anxiety that often hinders the  ability to think clearly.

4. Find a way to laugh about it

After an argument with our loved ones, there’s often no room for laughter, but when something witty or funny happens, it just makes everything better. When you’ve been on either side of an argument with your loved one (or anyone) then there might have been plenty of times where they said/did things that made perfect sense at first glance – yet upon closer inspection seemed rather silly! That’s why sometimes finding a way to laugh about these arguments can be really helpful because once both people start laughing, togetherness starts spreading like wildfire – building bridges between each others’ opinions seems easier than ever before!!

5. Go back to work, but take breaks to avoid working too long

Stay on task, but don’t forget to take breaks. The key is making sure you never work too long at a stretch! Taking breaks during your work day can help avoid the risk of burnout and also improve performance. As you may know, too much time spent at one desk or on a computer screen might negatively affect productivity because it becomes difficult for our brains to stay focused in this type of environment – we should try taking some steps away from these distractions every now and again!

6. Stay organized and try not to overcommit yourself

It’s easy to get lost in the sea of tasks and commitments, but there are ways you can stay organized. Try not over committing yourself by creating too many schedules or projects for your day as you might end up being an overwhelming failure! So relax for a moment, and take some deep breaths!

Inhale through your nose to feel that fresh air fill up inside.

7. Draw or do something creative that helps you relax

The best way to relax is by doing something creative and one of the easiest things is drawing. Creativity has been known to reduce stress levels, so it’s a no-brainer that this will make you happy too! Notice what is going on around you: nature can be inspirational…then think about how great life would feel without any worries whatsoever – let that seep in!

8. Stay positive! No matter what happens, try not to dwell on negative thoughts too much.

Positive words are powerful, and they have the ability to change our mindset. When you think negatively about something or someone it takes a toll on your emotions which then manifests as physical ailments later down the line! The world is such an unpredictable place, full of ups and downs. It’s easy to let the negative thoughts get in our heads when things don’t seem to be going uphill – but remember, nothing can stop you from moving forward!

All in all – Keep your chin up! No matter how bad things may seem right now—they’ll get better, eventually. And if you need a little extra encouragement for today or tomorrow- this message might be of help – “It is important to remember that even though we cannot change everything in our lives, including circumstances beyond anyone’s power to control; You still have total authority over your thoughts and feelings when faced with a challenging situation. So choose happiness every time!”

I hope these tips help you focus on work after an argument with your loved one. It can be difficult to get back to business as usual, but it’s important to remember that life goes on. Give yourself some time to calm down before trying to do anything else, write out your thoughts and feelings about the situation in as much detail as possible, and talk about the issue with a friend or family member, this can help you process everything that went down. Finally, try to find a way to laugh about it – laughter is often the best medicine! After doing all of these things, go back to work, and stay organized but take breaks periodically so that you don’t overwork yourself – this will only add more stress onto your plate.

Most importantly, try not to dwell on the fight too much. Stay positive and think about ways you can make things better in the future. I hope these tips help you get through this tough time. What do you do when you have to run off to work after an argument? Let us know in the comments below!

Priceless words of honour.

I have known Dr Chandni for only 6 months. Yet today I consider her part of my family and my being. When I met her, I was exhausted with life and with myself. Not only did her session uplift & transform my physical body but I was grounded like I havent been in 8 years. Highly knowledgeable, able to answer your deepest questions, full of light and exuberance, I havent seen any energy healing so significant and long lasting. Im privileged to receive wellness from her and I know that Im never alone. My association with her is for life and her specialness is above the heavens for me.

I was part of the session with Dr. Chandni Tugnait and so many friends asked me about my experience. The following analogy reflects some parts of the experience -The best of Buddhas disciple gave their quantifiable findings but when it came to Andanda, his closest one, he had tears in his eyes and responded in a single sentence – “I don’t know”.Buddha responded emotively, you have me in you. One has to experience it to believe in the healing process in totality.
Thanks a lot for your contribution Chandni

At times i wonder where does she keep it all. Such compassion – non judgmental, ever accessible, invaluable. It’s got to be a fountain within her that flows incessantly for the wary soul. No matter what your wound is, the magical waters of this fountain can cure all. And it was magic that got me to this fountain. For I had neither met her nor known her, at-least not in this lifetime! The first time i spoke to her, her compassion cut through my dense energy.

It was indeed a great honor for me to be trained by Ms. Chandni on my first visit to India. Not only did she teach us techniques on improving our proficiency in the English Language but also helped us to be able to communicate effectively with people from different cultures. The sessions with Ms. Chandni are always fun & informative. Even after hours of training with her, there is no sign of tiredness or lethargy. I extend my gratitude to you for teaching us how to be BETTER THAN THE BEST!!

Every teacher educates but only a few enlighten and Chandni ma’am is one of them. Besides having outstanding teaching methods, she is also very skilful and enthusiastic. And the best part is she never settles for what she and her students have accomplished. I owe a lot to her in terms of motivation, enlightenment and most importantly for making me a good human being. Her words of motivation “YOU ARE BETTER THAN THE BEST” always are a major source of ENCOURAGEMENT..

Ms. Chandni is a fine young lady who simply touched my heart during my visit to India. Although she is my daughter’s age but the ease with which she handled our group of 40 odd people from different countries and different cultures, left me spellbound. English was never a problem for me but this young girl, who I proudly call my teacher, taught me some very interesting things. I wish you the best of luck in everything that you do. Smile as often as you can. May the Lord bless you!

I’m really glad I attended the Serenity Surrender Basic Workshop with Chandni Ma’am. I’ll be indebted to you all my life for showing me the path of self empowerment. I had put myself in the gentle and capable hands of my guide and mentor ‘Chandni Tugnait Sharma’ and found that my opinion of myself, and my beliefs in the cycles of karma changed forever. The sessions and workshops have helped me develop my full potential, unlock hidden talents, and create more compassion and love for myself and others. Love You Ma’am.
